Worst customer service ever

I had an issue with the game server maintenance not reflecting my purchases. It took them over a month to answer my trouble ticket after it being closed a few times with no answer and they couldnt do anything for me. Their customer service folks didnt even seem to bother looking up my account or check on the issue.
